Spaces with a distinctive quality. Spaces with curious exclusions.
concept - Spaces are characterised by particular relationships. Some invite reflection, places where time appears to shift. Others blur the boundaries between the personal and the public, the cultural and the functional, leisure and work. Some remain inaccessible at first glance, requiring entry to be negotiated through rituals, actions, or accepted forms of behaviour.. For this series of photographs and collages, I explored different spaces that revealed these boundaries to me, capturing them as I experienced them during my visits.
